Gingerbread House and Lakeview Cottage are available all year round from as little as £300 per week. Guests normally arrive and depart on a Saturday, but longer stays or short weekend breaks for fishing or a long weekend away from it all can be arranged.

Prices for Gingerbread House for 2005/6 are as follows:

  • November through February (excluding Xmas and New Year): £300 per week.
  • March, April and May (excluding Easter): £400 per week.
  • June, September, October & Easter: £500 per week.
  • July and August: £900 per week.
  • Xmas and New Year: £900 per week

Prices for Lakeside Cottage for 2005/6 are as follows:

  • November through February (excluding Xmas and New Year): £300 per week.
  • March, April, May and June (excluding Easter): £400 per week.
  • September, October: £400 per week.
  • July and August: £500 per week.
  • Easter, Xmas and New Year: £500 per week

Changeover day is Saturday. We ask you to arrive no earlier than 3.30pm in the afternoon and depart by 10.30am Saturday morning (Unless by prior arrangement). Please note a 30% deposit is payable with booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a seperate refundable £25 cleaning deposit.
